Psychotherapy can be part of the therapeutic plan in different situations, it is as important as any medical checkup and can contribute to an effective improvement in your quality of life and well-being.

It is essentially based on a dialogue guided by a psychologist, establishing a relationship of trust between the patient and the therapist. By allowing the patient to feel in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, the psychologist helps them to identify and change patterns of thinking and behavior that may be preventing them from feeling their best.

With these tools, the patient will be able to better deal with challenges that may arise in the future, even if he is no longer undergoing psychotherapy.
